Terms and Conditions

1. The online platform provided by IG Skipass Kleinwalsertal-Oberstdorf serves solely the purpose of making partner businesses visible to customers and guests.

2. Upon payment of the agreed fee by the respective partner business, the partner business will be made visible on the online platform within the framework of the specific agreement by IG Skipass Kleinwalsertal-Oberstdorf.

3. There are no further obligations of IG Skipass Kleinwalsertal-Oberstdorf towards the partner business. IG Skipass Kleinwalsertal-Oberstdorf is in particular not involved in any contractual relationship possibly concluded between the partner business and customers or guests.

4. The contract between IG Skipass Kleinwalsertal-Oberstdorf and the partner business is subject to Austrian law. For any claims arising from or in connection with the contract, the court with subject matter jurisdiction for Riezlern has local jurisdiction.
